AS an Occupational Health Nurse you will contribute towards safe working practices across the OH Delivery team Provides clear pragmatic advice to clients and employees that adds value to their decision making
The post holder will demonstrate the ability to create solutions to issues and must provide clear and pragmatic advice. An element of this role will involve working on their own and delivering nurse led services. Using the escalation and support mechanisms as and when required contributing to the sharing of best practice in managing occupational health. The post holder will have confidence in making decisions in terms of health advice and being able to demonstrate the logic and reasoning used to reach such a decision |
